T&MFlow exists because a paper ticket shouldn’t be the reason a sub waits six weeks to get paid.
Our story
We spent time watching GCs try to reconcile T&M billing across a dozen subs at month-end, and it was always the same story: paper tickets lost in trucks, hours disputed weeks after the work was done and, office team stuck re-typing everything into QuickBooks by hand. T&MFlow started as a simple bet, if a ticket get signed at the moment then the work happens, none of them has to happen.
